As a private person, you can return your order free of charge in accordance with the statutory 14-day right of cancellation. The 14-day right of cancellation applies from receipt of the order. Important: For individually manufactured products that are not part of our assortment (e.g. desired size, individual color combinations, carpet configurator, etc.), the right of return is excluded.
